Tefnut wears a solar disk, which looks like a sun, circled by two cobras on her head. This picture does not show it but usually she has two cobras around her solar disk. In her left hand she holds the scepter and ankh in her right hand. Ankh is a loop. It looks like a cross. The ankh means life. A scepter is a straight staff with a fork based thing and it is very tall. The scepter meant power or domain. Also her head is lion and her body is human.She wears a necklace that looks like it is made out of gold. She is a very pale person not very tan. You would think since she lives in Egypt that you would have a darker color because of how harmful sun rays are. Also, Tefnut wears a white dress. In the looks of most pictures she looks very tall and thin.
Also, Tefnut had a mythology role. In my opinion she had a big role in mythology. She was the moisture of the sky and gave rain to the Egyptians. This was important to the Egyptians because it was hot in Egypt and they needed water and Tefnut was the God who gave them water and rain.She also had a brother named Shu. Tefnut's brother Shu, was the dryness of Egypt. He was the complete opposite of Tefnut. While Tefnut gave water and rain to Egypt Shu made it hot and made stuff wither.When Tefnut got older she had two kids named Geb and Nut. Geb mythology was Earth and also guided the people to heaven and gave them meat and water. On the other hand Nut mythology was the God of daytime sky. Later on though, she was just the Goddess of sky not daytime sky.
Another, thing about Tefnut is how I think her temple should look. I have a lot of things that i think her temple should look like. Since Tefnut is have lion,or her head is, On her temple there should be a huge lion head at the top. So when you first look at it you see a huge lion head that looked just like her. The lion head should be built in gold. Even though she is the goddess of water and her temple should be built in some water, it is to hot in Egypt to have water in a temple without it being hot. If you wanted to freeze the ice though it would just melt into a puddle of water. The temple would be 5,000 ft tall and 5,000 wide. Also i think that once you have the lion head at the top of the temple and it looking face forward to you from the south. I think the temple should be facing from the south because then when the travelers came to find her temple and they were heading north then they would be able to find it easier. Another way I think Tefnut temple should be built is the whole other part of the temple should be solid sliver. So, then it would look like a gold lion head with sliver all around it. On the inside of the temple when you go to lace Tefnut in her case should be gold to with her whole body on it showing. She would be covered in the finest riches ever.Such as gold, silver, diamonds, and lots of other riches that weren't very common back then.
